Housekeeping your account

As event organisers use our online box office service for more of their events, the likelihood of returning customers making bookings and inadvertently creating a new (and duplicate) customer record on their account is increased.

To help you keep your account in order, we've introduced a new feature which scours the database for any duplicate customer records on your account and combines them in to a single entry.

The deduplication feature can be found in your TicketSource account under the "Customer | Deduplicate customer database" menu option.
